Happy Tuesday!

This week, we're going back to our roots and tackling a small QoL thing that's come up a few times over the years. Several of the book-type items have been updated to respond to any of: contents, beginning, index, or start. Some already used one or another (or multiple for different things!) -- existing behavior isn't changed. But for the ones a given mechanic didn't have, they now go back to the very start. Hopefully this makes it a little easier to 'guess the syntax' with some of these!

For this round, these are the ones updated:
* all crafting discipline books
* deed registers
* spellbooks
* songbooks
* trader ledgers
* prayer tomes

I reviewed a few other mechanics (like scroll/runestone stackers), but didn't feel they were a good fit for these tweaks right now. BUT! If there are other book types out there that would benefit from a similar update, let us know in Discord!
