I had a minor alteration in mind for a red gown of mine edged with ruby beads that I'll probably change to red jade beads if I manage to stumble on someone.

So the red jade would still be a major part of the piece, just not...green.

Here's a useful reference:

I believe these are all potentially natural colors that jade can come in. If you consider artificial colorings you can get just about anything you want.

Thanks. Sadly I suck at designing something should an alter arrive so I'll have to think of something.

omg, wtb cadmium and sulfur-colored anything.

I also love the combo of using both topaz and jade coloring.

Reena's Rainbow in Leth does dye things jade green. So one option.

For a minute I thought that read "Reene's Rainbow" and I found myself wondering if they had a color for gruesome, moon-related deaths.

jon·quil   /ˈdʒɒŋkwɪl, ˈdʒɒn-/ Show Spelled[jong-kwil, jon-] Show IPA
–noun
a narcissus, Narcissus jonquilla, having long, narrow, rushlike leaves and fragrant, yellow or white flowers.

Assuming a jonquil gown is yellow, which may or may not be a safe assumption, you can buy this gown at Trevellyn's:

pale jonquil satin gown with a black lace collar and overskirt

I'm not sure why, but I always pictured this to be a high-collared pale yellow gown with a black lace high collar and overskirt. Nobody's saying it's gorgeous, just that it could be yellow. Something to keep in mind.

Also, the dyer's shop at Rossgallan Keep makes custom golden or buttery colored gowns, tunics, shirts and cloaks.
