What do tokka cards do exactly? I ask because i bought a bat-winged skull tokka card. It would be nice to put that in my deck, but it also doesn't sound like a good idea.

I think he's talking about the individual cards and if they have differing properties in comparison to each other. Such as, would putting the bat-winged skull card in his deck have better or worse or neutral effect on predicting with the deck.
