Is there a way to discern when it is possible to recast the spell, aside from using a stopwatch? An IG message I've missed? Perhaps something could be added to the perceive messaging?

It's a lot of mana just to get: Traces of your prior ritual still linger about you. Any further attempts at this ritual will certainly prove fruitless until those fade.

Also, it would be great if the quest spell didn't "count" towards this timer. It's a bit of a downer to get the spell after dying several times and then needing to wait an hour before you can use it.

The world dulls almost imperceptibly as the last remnants of the Read the Ripples ritual fade from your mind's eye.
