Tangled Fate Changed? 10/12/2019 03:27 PM CDT
In the last month or two, I've noticed that casting a capped Tangled Fate simply cancels out a prediction curse instead of reversing it (albeit at a lower power/duration) into a position prediction. Is this intended? My favorite use for Tangled Fate was turning a curse into a nice boost. As just a cancellation of a curse, it's not particularly helpful to me because I can just as easily rely on regular prediction tools to do a second off-setting prediction, without the teleologic corruption. If it is intended that TF no longer reverse a curse into a boost, can we please have that confirmed? I'd free up the spell slot.

Tangled Fate hasn't changed in 2019, and it can still reverse a curse into a bonus. I can take a closer look if you email me a detailed log.

It worked for me as a full reversal on my last cast but I will post if I notice the strange "cancel out" thing again. One easy way for me to tell is that when it's doing the "cancel out" instead of reverse curse to a bonus thing, predict analyze doesn't show the symbol of the skill like usual. It doesn't show any skill at all. I'll post it when/if I see it again.
