I'm hesitant on balance grounds, but I'll talk with folks and get other opinions.

PS: If the cambrinth thing doesn't fly, then what about a "refraction" metaspell. The crystal armor refracts, refines, or magically enhances starlight passing through or over it. Effectiveness is determined by mana and coverage area.
Some ideas:
1. Reduce the starlight cost for all spells while wearing it (or refund a portion of starlight used).
2. Act as a second starlight collector, which we could tap as needed.
3. Enhance starlight recovery, allowing recovery in conditions that would normally prevent it.
4. Act as a storage device ("starlight cambrinth") where we could shunt excess starlight (passive or active), and it would refill us later (active or passive).
5. Greatly increase how much starlight we can hold while wearing it. This could be the easiest to do mechanically as it can be added to the pool on cast and removed from the pool when you see the shimmering message.

I am finding the magic system is smoothly training my trader. Good work.

Shocking reveal: The penalty for violating the contract is that the Arbiter turns you into a Y'Shai and sends you back in time!

Is there any indication as to when we would be able to cast the Tier 3 spells ?

DISCERN is your friend, but for Intermediate difficulty you're looking at around 80 ranks.

I could cast them at 60 ranks with speculate luck, for whatever that's worth.

Is there anyway we can get an exp booster for our magics, for a short period of time?

I think it would be a good middle ground for the group that wanted grandfathering, and the group that didn't want circle reqs...

To help distinguish Regalia and Bespoke Regalia as Trader distinctive while also mechanically useful... may I suggest a benefit in either Regalia or the metaspell to negate the armor mixing hindrance for the summoned crystal piece?
Traders are armor secondary, so mechanically I don't think its out of line. Thematically, the armor is crafted from a starlight aura, so arguably a spell caster could craft it to fit their fit, muscular, centerfold figure. (Perhaps another fit for 'Bespoke').
Yes, it mimics a 10th circle paladin ability, but only a passive 10th circle ability, and requires a spell, possibly a metaspell slot, and then some crafting techniques to really be useful.
I try to shy away from GvG discussions, but it it supports my cause... doesn't the Shield of Light from clerics (an armor tertiary, right?) provide protection of a medium shield with the hindrance of a small?
Regardless, I'm going to try and use it for style, but I'm also remembering how mana starved my paladin was as a magic tertiary.
