This is a terrible change. Why in the world would our wiki require a log in just to view it? Please change it back.

I truly hope this is not a planned change. I shouldn't need to type my password over and over again to get this information, that just increases exposure.

I'll agree with the above. Logging in to edit is one thing. Logging in just to view is a bit much.

Interesting. I think they were working yesterday on some of the backend issues, this may just be part of the process to getting where we need to be, and hopefully temporary.

There was some mention of this on LNet. Some people were freaking out, and I assumed that it's merely a backend issue and not a permanent (intentional) change.

I would have expected some kind of announcement, but then again who would have believed it yesterday? Hehehe.

The Obsidian Tower website is blocked today for some reason also, but I suspect there is no connection.

That login thingie for reading the wiki defeats the purpose of a wiki.
I had assumed it was an April Fools joke. If not, can we get the regular play.net pages back?
