It's been another two months. Anything moved along enough you can start to talk about it?
Sweet is the sound of the pouring rain,
And the stream that falls from the hill to plain.
Better than rain or rippling brook,
Is a mug of beer inside this Took.

Just gotta say, this forum had been super quiet lately. So either all us paladins are super content, or there just aren't enough of us to have a convo.

I'm in the super content camp myself. That and, well, EG just lasted a month!

Paladins are in a good place right now.

I'd like to see bonding flares reviewed with the wps changes now implemented.

Weapons with weighting still get the guiding light flares.
Far as 1650... I'm starting to think it will never exist and thinking it was just a rumor that sprang from Simucon. I'm hopeful for some answer if only to confirm if it really is going to come to existence this year.

Only weapons with 10 pts or less of weighting receive guiding light flares. As you approach 10 pts the flares are reduced in power and or frequency (not 100% sure on this but I know it was one or the other).
The official response was that paladins need to choose one or the other.

At this time I will only confirm that 1650 is in development and that it is NOT a rumor. I will share more details with you all when it’s appropriate to do so. Thanks for your patience, I hope that you all enjoy 1650 as much as I’ve enjoyed designing and building it.

First I've heard this. I thought it was a binary state once you reached the threshold. That makes me wildly less likely to seek out WPS on my weapon now, which is a bummer for me.
