Could the creator of this sword please shed some light on the bane crit weighting? The assess and loresong don't contain the information and it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So, looking at the Krakiipedia crit tables, Heavily weighting is 9-11 points which means the sword's undead bane could be Exceptionally or Masterfully crit weighted. Could you clarify which is applicable to the sword?
